Southside Teams: Arbor Heights, Gregory Seahurst, Lakeridge, Kent, Olympic View, Normandy Park and Twin Lakes
For the 2024 season we will be have duel matches. It is a shorter season to accomadate for school starting, but the game amount should be the same.
Regular Season
10/12&Under
10&U: 5 minute quarters, 2 minutes between quarters. Switch ends after each quarter. No shot clock, small goals. Two 1 minute timeouts/game. Warm up is 10 minutes before game time.
12&U: 5 minute quarters, 2 minutes between quarters. Switch ends after each quarter. Use Shot Clocks when available. Standard Goals. Two 1 minute timeouts/game. Warm up is 10 minutes before game time.
