Swimming Pool Rules

1. It is essential all orders of the pool manager and lifeguards be promptly obeyed. This is a necessary safety precaution. 
2. The staff has the duty to evict any person from the premises whose behavior constitutes a danger or nuisance to themselves or others.
3. Running, pushing, dunking and wrestling are prohibited.
4. Only one person shall be on the diving board at any one time.
5. Glass is prohibited. 
6. Tobacco and vaping are prohibited.
7. Alcohol is not permitted unless by prior Board approval.
8. Chewing gum is prohibited.
9. Pets are prohibited. 
10. All garbage must be put in proper recepticle. Please clean Barbecues after use..
11. Flotation devices are allowed with consent of the guard(s)on duty.
12. Parents are responsible for the behavior of their children. Children under the age of 18 cannot be left unattended at OVSC unless they have passed a swim test given by the life guards. If unruly behavior becomes an issue, they may be required to be supervised by parents at all times in order to be admitted to the facility.
13. Showers are required prior to entering the pool.
14. Have fun, enjoy the pool and GO MADDOGS!!
