Pool Rental Information and Fees
Pool rentals are available to OVSC Members in good standing only. Private rentals may occur only outside of our normal operating hours - before we open or after we close.
Rentals are charged on an hourly basis with a minimum of one hour. Rental fees are assessed based upon attendance at the event. All attendees count towards rental attendance regardless of their swimming participation or membership status with Olympic View.
Manager approval is required for all rentals and some restrictions on maximum occupancy may apply.
Pool Rental Fees:
| 1- 40 attendees | $225 per hour plus tax |
| 41 - 65 attendees | $300 per hour plus tax |

A deposit of 50% of the estimated total is due upon booking the event. The remaining balance is due promptly on the date of the event. In the event of cancellation, your deposit will be refunded in full if canceled one week prior to the event, cancellations made less than one week prior will not have the deposit refunded.
