Olympic View Swim Club Caregiver Policy
A member may designate one caregiver (18 or over) at a time, per OVSC Membership upon annual approval by the Board. A Caregiver Form must be completed, signed by the Member, approved by the Board and on file with the Club Office. Caregivers must be accompanied by a current member to enter the facility. Should a member wish to change the caregiver on the account mid-season a $75 nonrefundable additional assessment will be charged to the Member for a change in caregiver registration.
