Cabana Rental Information

Olympic View Swim Club offers (3) covered cabanas; all available for pre-arranged rentals.

Fain Cabana sits on the south end of our deck adjacent to the concessions area and is the largest cabana of the three. The Fain Cabana can be booked for 1/2 the space or the full space.

Bruce West Cabana is one of two twin cabanas on the north end of our deck. The West Cabana is closest to the basketball court.

Bruce East Cabana is the other twin cabana on the north end of the pool deck and is closest to our play yard.

Cabana Rental Guidelines

  1. Rental Fees & Payment
    • Bruce East: $25 per rental (4-hour limit).
    • Bruce West: $25 per rental (4-hour limit).
    • Fain - North End: $25 per rental (4-hour limit).
    • Fain - South End: $25 per rental (4-hour limit).
    • Fain - Full (North + South): $50 per rental (accommodates up to 40 guests).
    • Guest Fees: $7 per person for all guests, including non-swimmers.
  2. Guest Registration
    • All guests (including non-members) must be registered at the office.
    • Non-member guests will be billed to the member/renter, and payment is due within 72 hours of the event.
  3. Cabana Use
    • One cabana rental per family, per day.
    • Time Limit: Each cabana rental is limited to 4 hours.
    • Guest Fees: $7 per person applies to all guests, even non-swimmers.
  4. Cabana Capacity
    • Bruce East / Bruce West: Up to 20 guests total (includes both member and non-member guests).
    • Fain - North End / Fain - South End: Each can accommodate 20 guests, or 40 guests total for the full Fain cabana rental.
  5. Additional Guest Approval
    • Parties with more than 20 guests (including members) will require Manager Approval.
  6. Reservation & Approval
    • All reservations must be approved by the manager 24 hours in advance.
    • Once your reservation is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and an invoice. Payment is due within 24 hours to guarantee the space.
  7. No Show Policy
    • Cabanas will be released if the party doesn’t show within the first 30 minutes of the reservation time.
  8. Same-Day Rental
    • The office does not accept same-day rental requests.
    • Cabanas not reserved within 24 hours are available first-come, first-serve.
  9. BBQ Use
    • One BBQ is guaranteed for your cabana rental.
    • BYO BBQ tools, as utensil availability is not guaranteed.
    • Any additional BBQs within the cabana must be shared with other members during your event.
  10. Cleanup & Responsibility
    • Clean-Up: Scrub the grill, turn off the BBQ gas, and clean your area after your party.
    • You are responsible for your guests.
  11. Capacity Limitations
    • Due to capacity and staffing limitations, the number of cabana rentals per day may be restricted.
